Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting room organization, reservations and catering
  • Coordinate offsite meetings and project travel, incl. blocking rooms, organizing transportation, etc.
  • Support signature processes for purchase orders and contracts
  • Support manual PO creation in SAP MM and shopping cart creation in SRM
  • Financial tracking: invoices and report generation to track expenditure

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience
  • Strong MS-Office skills
  • Fluent Englisch and German
  • Good communication and facilitition skills
