For one of our customers we are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant (m/f).
- Meeting room organization, reservations and catering
- Coordinate offsite meetings and project travel, incl. blocking rooms, organizing transportation, etc.
- Support signature processes for purchase orders and contracts
- Support manual PO creation in SAP MM and shopping cart creation in SRM
- Financial tracking: invoices and report generation to track expenditure
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience
- Strong MS-Office skills
- Fluent Englisch and German (written and verbal)
- Good communication and facilitition skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
- Ability to work independently towards common goals and agreed deadlines
