Your Responsibilities
- Advise employees on day-to-day HR inquiries related to pay, benefits, learning, policies etc.
- Investigate minor employee complaints and policy questions
- Coach managers in basic employee relations cases
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Analyze employment data to help inform decisions for HR and our businesses
- Plan and implement HR programs, benefit plans, systems, and other initiatives in Germany
Knowledge and Skills
Das solltest du als Operational HR-Manager (m/f/d) mitbringen:
- University degree in Business Administration or similar qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of German labor laws and employment policies
- Working knowledge of HR best practices preferably in a international company
- Technical expertise in MS-Office
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork
- Fluent in German and English
