Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage eRecruiting solution with candidate activity updates
- Manage the works council approval process (document creation and translation EN-DE) and manage the contract creation through the HR Service Center
- Support the operational recruiters in all tasks such as report creation, hosting of (virtual) assessment centers and general follow-up to successfully complete recruitment processes
- Schedule all phone and in-person interviews and coordinate logistics and details
- Coordinate all candidate travel details, including hotel, transportation, directions
- Ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders regarding interview details
- Act as point-of-contact to candidate for all interview related administrative details
- Manage all expense reports on behalf of candidates or recruiters
- Support on university, internal or external careers or recruiting events
- Recruiter and manager diary management
- Day to day management of ad hoc recruiting administration as requested
Your Profile
Das solltest du als HR Assistant Recruiting (m/w/d) mitbringen:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a team assistant, coordinator or PA position
- Excellent people and communication skills
- English and German fluency
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Convincing, communicative and flexible personality
- Team player, independent and structured mode of working
