Your Responsibilities
- Support for all assigned customers in Germany / Austria / Switzerland
- Providing information on order confirmations, cancellations, article master data, replacement articles and delivery dates, conditions, delivery notes, invoices, proof of delivery, etc.
- Creation of various order-related evaluations on request from customers or sales (such as contract overviews, backlog lists)
- Cooperation with the internal and external interfaces (e.g. sales, CS team, finance, order fulfillment) on the following topics
- Recording and management of all order types (e.g. pre- and post-orders, contracts, call-offs, off-price orders, direct shipments)
- Control of deliveries to ensure timely and complete delivery including order prioritization
- Returns and complaints processing according to the rules of the policy in close cooperation with internal and external logistics partners (freight forwarders, inbound and outbound, warehouses)
Your Profile
Das solltest du als Specialist Ordermanagement (m/f/d) mitbringen:
- Completed commercial vocational training in the field of industry or logistics with further training or completed bachelor´s degree
- Professional experience in customer care in the area of customer service, sales or logistics
- Very good user skills in MS Office, SAP / CRM and Business Objects
Advanced written and spoken English skills - Excellent understanding of costs, understanding of generating sales
- Very high customer orientation and communication skills
- Very fluent skills in German and English (written and spoken)
